Due to its clearly defined interfaces, the color marking system can be easily integrated into your existing manufacturing sequences. The actuating system is just as comfortable to use as the marking system itself and is easily connected to a Variovalve box. The valve box converts a signal from the process control system, whether potential free or 0-30 Volt, and sends the air pulse to thebasic unit. The signal length is set using a potentiometer, which is used to control the desired marking size. Through its partners, Rhino Assembly now can offer an optimum marking, point for point. No pollution of the workstation by liquid color; no maintenance work on dried spray nozzles, changing from one color to another within minutes.
