Pulse Tools
Rhino Assembly represents the world’s most advanced line of pulse tools covering a torque range of 3 Nm - 850 Nm. A pulse tool combines the speed of an impact with the repeatability of a precision shut-off clutch tool. A sealed chamber is filled with hydraulic fluid, as the chamber rotates after seating, the hydraulic pressure generated produces torque to tighten the fastener. The fluid absorbs the torque reaction, noise, and vibration increasing ergonomics and providing a smooth, comfortable rundown for the operator.
As maintenance is required, it is available efficiently and affordably, because we heavily stock virtually all parts. With our offering of pulse tools there is a softer, more controlled pulse with less vibration and noise than a standard impact wrench. Where ergonomics, high speed and reliability are important, pulse tools are an ideal choice.
